SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

For Florida Orders:

Delivery will be performed by a third-party company on your selected day and can be canceled before the delivery process starts. After a phone confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply. Merchandise should be received in the time frame given to the Customer. If the Customer is not present to receive the goods, a re-delivery charge will be applied.

The delivery team will place the furniture where indicated by the customer; we cannot move existing furniture or dispose of it. Normal set-up includes attaching mirror supports, reversing drawer hardware, assembling beds and dining room tables. Bunk beds are subject to an additional assembling fee. We are not equipped to dust, hang mirrors on walls, level furniture on carpet, attach headboards to frames, or cut bed slats.

If in the process of delivery, it is found to be too difficult to maneuver a piece of furniture in narrow halls, doorways, or stairways, then CASA & DEKO cannot be responsible for any damage to furniture, floors, or walls. Note that if the home is not accessible to our truck or is above the second floor without access to an elevator, it will be the customer’s responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to the home.

To ensure the safety of our drivers, CASA&DEKO will determine whether they will make deliveries during hazardous weather conditions. A change of delivery date does not represent a breach of the contract.

For all other out-of-state orders:

Drop-off will be performed by a third-party company on our selected day and cannot be canceled after the order has been fulfilled. After a phone confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply. Merchandise should be received in the time frame given to the Customer. If the Customer is not present to receive the goods, a re-delivery charge will be applied.

All furniture items will come packed in boxes with assembling instructions. We do not set-up any out-of-state order unless the additional service is paid for; we cannot provide this service unless schedule in advance.

ALL OUT-OF-STATE ORDERS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders placed are typically ready to leave our Distribution Center within 48 hours of payment verification, provided the selected items are in stock.

For all orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please be available on the confirmed date to ensure timely delivery. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact Customer Care toll-free at 1-888-CASA&DEKO.

Deliveries outside the tri-county area are scheduled as needed. You will be contacted with an estimated delivery date.

Time frames are subject to change without notice depending on road and weather conditions.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER:

What if my furniture was damaged during delivery?

The Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise before signing the receipt. If an item arrives damaged, inspect all delivered items with the Delivery Professional present. Note the damaged items on the delivery ticket. The Delivery Professional will confirm, take back the damaged items, and immediately report to our Customer Care Department.

We will make arrangements to have the problem corrected by a qualified furniture repair technician or have the product replaced if we determine the problem cannot be corrected. Please note we reserve the right to conduct repairs or exchange your product as necessary and at our discretion.

What if I notice my furniture is damaged after I have received my order?

If you discover that an item is damaged after you have received your order, please communicate with our costumer service ASAP for assistance.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations

If an order has not shipped, customers have up to 90 days from placing their order to cancel it and request a refund. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the full amount will be credited back to the original payment method used within 10 business days. Customers may also cancel partial orders and request a refund for the canceled items. If an order is not picked up or delivered after 90 days and a refund has not been issued or requested, the customer will receive a refund in the form of store credit only.

Returns

CASA&DEKO only accept returns at the point of delivery. Simply inform the Delivery Professional which piece or pieces you would like to return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
