For all orders, our delivery team will contact you to confirm your chosen delivery date. Please be available on the confirmed date to ensure timely delivery. To reschedule your delivery date, please contact Customer Care toll-free at 1-888-CASA&DEKO.
If an order has not shipped, customers have up to 90 days from placing their order to cancel it and request a refund. Once the cancellation has been confirmed, the full amount will be credited back to the original payment method used within 10 business days. Customers may also cancel partial orders and request a refund for the canceled items. If an order is not picked up or delivered after 90 days and a refund has not been issued or requested, the customer will receive a refund in the form of store credit only.
CASA&DEKO only accepts returns at the point of delivery. Simply inform the Delivery Professional which piece or pieces you would like to return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
